Terms of Pre-order
These terms cover the early-bird pre-order for Said & Found, an iPhone app that is not released yet.
What you are buying
A one-time payment of $39 reserves lifetime access to the app once it is released. The expected release window is early 2027. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
If the app is not released
If we decide not to release the app, every pre-order is refunded in full.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Lifetime access
"Lifetime" means for as long as the app is offered. It includes every feature of the paid plan, including sharing your household with family members, and all future updates to those features. It does not include physical products such as NFC tag packs.
Seller
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles billing and sales tax and appears on your statement.
