Refund Policy

The early-bird pre-order is fully refundable.

• Ask for a full refund any time before the app is released. No questions asked.
• If the app is not released, or we cancel the project, you are refunded automatically.
• After release: you can still ask for a full refund within 30 days of the release date.

To request a refund, email hello@saidandfound.com from the address you used at checkout.

Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and go back to the original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
